Rob Stermitz Memorial Fund

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Rob Stermitz, a cherished member of the Gardiner, Montana community. Rob died in his home in Cinnabar Basin surrounded by family on December 31, 2023, after a twelve-year battle with brain cancer. He was 51 years old.

Rob is survived by his wife of 27 years, Stacy (née Ballagh); his children, Bryson (Chloe) Stermitz, Luke Stermitz, Tyler Stermitz, and Joel Stermitz.

In the wake of Rob's passing, we are turning to the community for support in covering the expenses of college tuition and fees for Tyler and Joel as well as for the funeral, medical, and other end-of-life costs.
