Robb Elementary Shooting PTSD Counseling,

Hi. My name is Mariah Zuniga I am the adoptive paternal aunt of Zayin Zuniga since he was 4 yrs old. Zayin was a new student to 4th grade Robb Elementary in Uvalde Tx. On May 24,2022 He witness detrimental life changing events, from hiding from gun shots that were fired in his classroom shattering the windows to seeing a teacher shot in the back and more that im sure nobody wants to read about. His teacher called me crying & let me talk to him because he was so scared, him crying hearing his voice saying all the things he just witnessed is something that we are still recovering from. Being pulled out of a class window by officers who told him to run for his life have left my child who already is diagnosed with mental illnesses suffering. I dont know who to turn to or who to blame. Zayin already went through a year of counseling when he was 3-5 years old due to being in the foster care system before I adopted him & He since recovered. His Bi-polar & Aggression Behavioral Issues improved so much I took him off his meds at the age of 7 .Sadly, having gone through this tragedy has triggered his trauma which now he has became more aggressive towards his 2 sisters & baby brother. Zayin has began to be physical with them. I know counseling is so important all money will go to the help Zayin needs to recover. I dont want to put him back on his meds because it hurts to see him like this. I hope this gofund me account finds the right people. Even a dollar i will make it work to help him recover.
