Robb (Enid Dacosta): A Life of Kindness and Service
Donation protected
With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of our dear friend, Enid Dacosta, lovingly known as Robb. For 35 years, Robb was a cherished member of the Summit, New Jersey community, having moved here from Jamaica to dedicate her life to service and care, impacting countless lives along the way.
Robb was more than just a housekeeper, babysitter, or eldercare provider; she was family. Her warmth, kindness, and immense heart touched every home she entered. Her love and generosity extended far beyond our family, leaving a lasting imprint on many in the Summit area.
Despite facing lifelong challenges with diabetes and bravely overcoming breast cancer, Robb’s strength and spirit never wavered. Tragically, she succumbed to pancreatic cancer, leaving us far too soon.
We are establishing this fund to assist her family with the financial burdens of her recent medical bills and funeral costs. Robb dedicated so much of herself to others; now it’s our turn to honor her memory by supporting her family during this difficult time.
Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference. Together, let’s celebrate Robb’s incredible life and ensure her family has the support they need as they navigate this profound loss.
