Robbie Chandler

Robbie Chandler was diagnosed with Hepatocellular Carcinoma Liver Cancer in December 2020. Surgery and transplant were not an option. Since the diagnosis she has undergone specialty treatment due to the nature of the cancer. She has received YTTRIUN-90 Radiation Therapy for the past year and a half in Nashville. Now, the doctors have suggested treatment at the University of Texas-MD Anderson Cancer Treatment Center. There, she received news that she had 10 tumors on her liver which will require additional Y-90 Radiation and a trial medicine costing $23,000/month. Insurance has only approved the medicine for one month, however, there will still be considerable out of pocket expenses. Expenses currently include, treatment therapies, travel every 6 weeks, lodging and food during their stay in Texas. This will be a difficult journey for Robbie and Glenn. We are hoping to help with financial burden and would so appreciate any support you are able to provide. Robbie’s next visit to MD Anderson is April 18th, we will continue to update friends and family as we can.
