Robert (Bob) Segarini

As many of you know, Bob Segarini passed away quietly in his sleep on July 10 at the age of 77. His daughter Amy was in the process of arranging his move to an LTC facility near her home when her dad passed away.
To quote Bob's good friend Jaimie Vernon:
"Bob was the 'Gotta Have Pop' power pop guy. He was the radio DJ The Iceman. He was the original voice for City TV's Late Great Movies. He was a phenomenal songwriter, musician, and ideas man. More than any of that, he was a father and a grandfather who loved Amy and the kids dearly. They were his oxygen.
Bob was a creator at heart and was passionate about everything that mattered in the world and so he was always the optimist in believing he had more gas in the tank for another musical comeback. He played hard and he loved hard. Confounding and frustrating his friends and enemies simultaneously. He gave 1000% right to the end. "
Amy and her family could use your help with the funeral expenses. I am asking for your assistance to take care of the remaining charges. Bob will be cremated and his ashes will eventually be taken back to his hometown in Stockton, California. A memorial for Bob is being planned for the fall.
Thank you -- Pat
