I am Robert's wife, Amy. Some of you may know, that we've had a really really tough last few years. Starting in 2018. Robert has been diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy and failed back syndrome. PN affects his feet and legs. Imagine your feet are asleep, all of the time, with the prickly sensation, but add in shooting electrical shocks. All day, everyday. On most nights he averages about 2 hours of sleep. The pain keeps him awake.

Because of this, he has been out of work since July of 2022. I have had to carry the household on my own. The many doctors we see, add up. Orthopedic surgeons are not cheap along with the many specialists that we have to see.

We are currently discussing a new treatment, a pain pump. This is our last absolute option we have available to us to get him any kind of relief.
