Robert Joseph Maffia, beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend passed on December 21st, 2020. Robert suffered with the disease of addiction. His journey was difficult but not without him trying every attempt to conquer this disease.
He was blessed in that he met many friends along the way who tried to help him. It is with heavy hearts that we ask people to please contribute to this GoFundMe page to help those who are still struggling but hopeful with this disease.
Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is a program and a lifestyle built on spirit and support. It is without shame and guilt, therefore, Robert's family asks to support this foundation. All proceeds we receive will be donated to AA.
AA does not take donations from non-members. We will be donating the proceeds through Robert's network of AA friends.
