Robert Longacre Family Support

Robert Lee Longacre was called to the angels on December 28, 2019 when he was involved in a tragic car accident. He leaves behind his wife, Amie, his daughters Lauryn (20), Hayleigh (14) and Adalyn (9) and a step-son, Justin. His life touched so many over the years, including his hometown family and friends in Central PA, his Brothers and Sisters in Arms during the 22 years he selflessly served our country and his co-workers and friends during his time at SCI Benner Township. Rob’s relationship as a son, father, husband, and brother was paramount in his life. He loved with a huge heart and was known for his amazing hugs and compassion for others. Robbie was always the calm in the storm and would go out of his way for anyone in need. Rob was the most selfless person many of us have ever met. He was always concerned with everyone else’s needs but his own. Amie has been a dedicated Army Wife and Mother and this fund is strictly to help her get and stay on her feet and give their children the support that they need during this painful time. We all promised Robbie that we would support and protect his family as fiercely as he would have protected ours.
