Robert McAdoo Family Medical Fund

On March 22, 2021, Robert McAdoo went into the hospital for a heart catheterization procedure. His echogram showed he had some blood vessels working at 35% instead of 55%. When the cardiologist went in to do the procedure, he quickly found out  that he had a lot more blockages than what a stent could do. The doctor immediately recommended a bypass surgery. The following day Robert went in to get his bypass completed , which by the way was a triple bypass. The surgery went very well. By Wednesday evening we noticed that his left side of his body was extremely weak. He was then rushed for a CT Scan and there after a MIR/MRA scan thus showing he had a massive stroke.  His current situation is that he slowly but surely showing great improvement but he is not out of the woods. He will be in the hospital for at least another week then if everything goes well, like bleeding in the brain and keeping the blood pressure at a safe level he will then go to rehabilitation.  He has a lot skills has to relearn and remap his brain to adjust. He luckily can talk just fine, definitely hasnt lost that great sense of humor that we all know and love so very much. His left leg, left arm, and left eye sight/peripheral vision is the weak area from the stroke. We have him on a current waiting list for one of the best Rehabilitation centers in the area. He has a very long journey ahead of him. His determination and willingness is keeping him going and pushing everyday. I know that Robert will be so successful.

This Fundraiser is to help Robert and his family with bills. Robert will be on Short term disability, he is the head of the house hold for income. Unfortunately the bills dont stop and his pay wont be the same with him being on leave. He is a loving father to 3 handsome boys and a loving husband.  Any kind of domination will be greatly helpful.
