Hello, my name is Lori Moore & I’m fundraising for my husband Robert. He has been hospitalized twice recently. He has Congestive Heart Failure & Kidney Failure. Sadly ,his prescribed medications are extremely expensive & he doesn’t have part D on his Medicare plan. These medications will hopefully prevent Robert from having to have Dialysis . The Medical bills
