Hi, my name is Jessica and I work for BridgeWay House which is a nonprofit that helps men and women recover from the disease of addiction. Sadly, one of our long-term residents, Rob, or Pops as many called him, passed away suddenly on December 17th. It was an incredibly emotional day for everyone involved.

In loving memory of our dear friend Rob, a resilient soul who found strength in sobriety for two beautiful years. Rob wasn't just a member; he was the heart of our nonprofit family, seeking refuge and kinship within our community. Yesterday, he peacefully left this world, leaving us with cherished memories of his journey towards healing and recovery.

Rob's wish was simple yet profound - to rest eternally on the grounds that became his sanctuary. He desired nothing more than to be buried on our property, a testament to the profound connection he felt here. Our love for him was boundless, and we treasured every moment spent together.

As we grapple with the void left by Rob's passing, we invite you to join us in honoring his legacy. Your contributions will help us fulfill his final wish and provide the dignified service he yearned for. Rob's absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him, but together, we can ensure his memory lives on.
