Help Robert recover from Breathitt County flooding

Donation protected
My name is Lindsay Marshall, in Atlanta GA. My sister-in-law Brenda's hometown of Breathitt County, KY, has been decimated by flooding this past week. The North Fork of the Kentucky River was at 8ft on Wednesday night and at 43.16 feet on Friday night, breaking the previous record from February 1939. Entire communities were washed out. Families have lost their homes, cars, belongings, and 30 people have lost their lives.

Brenda's brother Robert Hardin's house in Lost Creek was completely underwater. Robert is safe and staying in a shelter. He was initially swept into a tree where he spent the night to escape from drowning. He is tired, hungry and thirsty and has lost everything.

Please help Robert find immediate relief for the necessities, and help him begin his long journey to recover from this devastating natural disaster. He will be applying for disaster relief. Any money raised will assist him with cleanup, repairs and basic necessities.
