Robert Pusateri's Medical Expenses

Hello family, friends, and fellow humankind. I am reaching out for help and support of my amazing brother, Robert Pusateri. He is a real life superhero who is being attacked by his arch nemesis Colon Cancer for the second time. He is a beloved Father, Husband, Son, Brother, and Uncle.
One year ago we received the news that Rob had stage 3B colon cancer. And the journey began… After an intense surgery, 6 months of aggressive chemo treatments, many tests, scans and doctor visits it seemed that Rob had won his battle with colon cancer in December of 2015. As a family, we had high hopes for peace, healing and wellness for him and his family.
On Friday, July 22, 2016 we received the devasting news that the cancer has returned. And this time it is more aggressive. At Rob's routine 6 month colonoscopy screening, a tumor the size of a golf ball was detected at his incision site, a rare occurrence in the short amount of time since his last scans... What does this mean? It means that he and his family have to battle cancer once again. The return of the cancer in such a short amount of time means the fight will be harder and the treatment plan will be more invasive.
Rob will require surgery in the near future. Also, in the next week, he will undergo additional scans to see if the cancer has spread anywhere else in his body. We request prayers that the cancer has not spread. This time our family has made a decision to have Rob seek treatment outside of Las Vegas. We want Rob to receive the most advanced care and treatment options to help him beat this once again. The medical care and out of state living expenses will be difficult for my brother and his wife to maintain, as he will not be able to work. Rob is a man that never asks for help and always helps others around him. Rob needs our support and prayers; and we hope that this campaign can ease the financial burden of his fight.
The family is currently looking at returning to Cleveland, Ohio where Rob is originally from to receive care from the Cleveland Clinic. At the Cleveland Clinic, they have more treatment options and better overall care for his diagnosis.
I know many people want to do something to support Rob through his journey back to health. I have created this platform to HELP so we can HEAL this amazing man!
This means so much to us. We are a family whose hearts are breaking...One of our own is struggling and we need to help. My sincerest thanks go out to all of you who are willing to contribute whatever you can on our journey to heal my courageous brother, Rob.
