New Wheelchair Ramp Van

Trying to start another campaign because it is a new year and I have a new goal. My current van is a 2005 Toyota Sienna with over 100,000 miles on it. When my parents purchased it back then the State of Connecticut helped pay for the modifications. However they will no longer do so. The cost of a new ramp van with modifications is between $50,000-$70,000. I do not need a brand new one but something more reliable than I have now because I can barely leave my house to go anywhere. My father has passed away since the last time we purchased a van and my mother cannot afford to pay for one by herself. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.
