If you knew Rob Guido, you were no doubt devastated to learn that Rob very recently lost his battle with pancreatic cancer at age 52. Like you, we are devastated. Rob was a great friend, the best of friends, to so many of us—and we all feel his tragic loss very deeply and painfully.
Rob’s incredible strength, courage and faith were surpassed only by his kindness, compassion and sense of humor. He was the definition of a stand-up guy. He was the guy who always “had your back.” He was the kind of guy who always did what was right—even when it wasn’t what was easy. Rob’s attitude, energy and joy in living were contagious. We are all better people for having had Rob in our lives.
Everyone knows Rob loved Staci and his daughters more than anything in the world. Together, the girls gave Rob a lifetime of joy, love and laughs. Right now, Staci, Emily, Paden, Samantha, Olivia and Reagan need OUR love and support. The Rob Guido Memorial Fund was created to establish some stability for Staci and the girls, to offer them solace and peace of mind, so they can focus on one another and on the long process of healing that is only now beginning. Donations to The Rob Guido Memorial Fund will help Staci manage the family’s finances including day-to-day home expenses, outstanding funeral expenses, Emily’s wedding and, of course, the biggest concern: college for the girls.
This GoFundMe page was started by a group of Rob’s close friends with Staci’s blessing. We all love Rob and Staci and want nothing more than to be of some help to her now—to provide some measure of support—during this hard and confusing time. Rest assured that 100% of your contribution will go directly to Staci and the girls. Staci has sole access to, and is the only custodian for, this account.
