Robin and Joe Hudson

Hello, my name is Kristy and as you are probably aware, the fight against cancer goes on. There is no one I know who can say they DO NOT have a friend or relative who has battled this terrible illness. This is Robin and Joe Hudson's story:

Robin and Joe have been married for several years now and together they have 7 kids and grandkids. A little over a year ago Joe was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer that had metastasized to his liver and adrenal gland. He has been undergoing chemo for over a year and is winning his battle so far! The masses in his liver have shrunk and the one in his pancreas is not visible at the present time . During this time that he's been going to chemo, neither Joe nor Robin have been able to work full time due to the fact that his chemo center is about an hour away. Robin has been driving Joe there 3 times a week every other week for over 6 months now. And it has been hard on them financially. As if it couldn't get any worse, we just found out that Robin has stage 4 lung cancer that is invading the pericardium (the lining around the heart) and has metastasized to the liver and bones. Although she is just starting radiation and chemo, as you can imagine, it has taken its toll on them both as they are both going to be fighting for their lives and needs our prayers, support and any help we can give them and their family.
