Robin Corum - car accident :(

On Saturday, January 7th, the day we had snow, Robin Corum was involved in an auto accident. As he approached a traffic light in Madison, he was unable to stop. His car crashed into the vehicle ahead of him AND caught fire!!
Miraculously, the only injury was sustained by Robin's son, Jesse. Jesse received multiple stiches but is doing well. Additionally, during the accident Jesse's phone was crushed, leaving it unusable. As you might imagine, Robin's car is a total loss :(
Robin is a steadfast volunteer at MESA. So many community members know and love Robin. The MESA Food Pantry touches hundreds of families each month. And volunteering quietly with unwavering commitment is Robin. Most of us think of the Food Pantry and would assume Robin's support ends once the Pantry closes for the day. Robin's dedication goes far beyond that! Coordinating food deliveries and food drop offs; weighing, sorting, stocking, and taking inventory; building Pantry shelves and making repairs... To say Robin is invaluable would be a stark understatement.
A traumatic loss such as this has the power to upturn anybody's life. Robin lives off a tight budget supported only by his disability payments. Purchasing a new vehicle is not something his budget can sustain.
Let's help Robin recover from this tragedy. Together we can raise funds to replace Robin's car, help with insurance costs, cover Jesse's medical bills, and maybe even replace Jesse's phone.
