Robin Denby Gregory Burkhart memorial arrangements

Hi there! My Name is Megan Burkhart and I’m trying to raise money for my husband and his family for arranging memorial for his mother Robin! She passed yesterday 7/11/21 around about 530 am due to a second stroke and damage it caused. She was only 62 years old but had diabetes severely. She first had a stroke on one side of her brain around March this year and brain surgery on top of it! She was slowly but being who she is a fighter for herself and family she WAS getting better! There were some roadblocks for awhile and I watched the family work together so well out of love and dedication to each other and her journey to heal but unfortunately yesterday she had the second, on the opposite side of her brain which she did not wake up from she just stayed asleep and unresponsive. So sadly if she did wake, she was brain dead. So, I don’t even know where to start honestly and I hate asking for help but I want them to be able to take care of her properly and have something nice even if small to memorialize how amazing of a soul she was! We don’t have much right now: Robin was all the kids had left after losing their father when they were very young! A beautiful person inside and out and she would do anything she could for anyone especially her children even if it left her with barely anything or nothing at all! That’s a mother because none of us are perfect ever, so going above and the best you can at the time and sacrifice for your children and family is an amazing mother! She was loved by so many and just an overall likable person and thankfully she passed that down to her children as well! She deserves a wonderful send off and just like in her life she was grateful for even the smallest things in life as long as you did your best! Robin has been my mother in law for 9 years and she’s one of the toughest, hard core and loving funny woman I’ve had the pleasure of calling family and she always treated me and really anyone close like family, she’s the momma that would have your back but also teach you lessons that meant something but feed you and make you feel at home! Every friend of their kids had a momma love from her! She even used to slip me and my husband money even being adults randomly lol just to have what we wanted and secretly put some in our kids pockets too so we didn’t know, just so they could get something to make their day from Nina! She spoiled all of her grand babies with love hugs and kisses when she saw them and even though some are too young to understand they will always remember NINA AND PAPA JOE coming to see them and love them and they will never forget. So please even $1 helps, if you can help! I want to help take the weight off of them the best I can right now! Understand it you can’t as well! We have to move quickly so I will leave it as long as I can and whatever we have raised we have and out towards it and try to find the rest of needed!
