RoboRams member, Jason Gentry Jr. and Family
Tax deductible
We are heartbroken to share the devastating news about our ninth-grade RoboRams member, Jason Gentry Jr. In December 2022, Jason was diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer and underwent two surgeries to remove a tumor at Devos Children's Hospital. Despite being in a coma for the past twelve weeks, he showed signs of improvement each day. Jason passed on February 28, 2023.
Jason was so eager to be a part of the RoboRams and was an active member since joining. He even helped his father, a second-grade teacher, to form a Lego Robotics team for third graders at Sycamore Elementary.
Our initial goal was to bring a smile to Jason Jr.'s face by surprising him with a 3D printer, a tool that he was eager to use for his passion for engineering and creativity. We kindly requested your support to raise funds that would ease the financial burden on his family during difficult times.
Jason Randall Gentry Jr.
