Rochelle & South Texas Hole in the Wall
Donación protegida
Many of us have experienced the most difficult of times. One thing is for sure, if Rochelle Liguez and Jaime Segura are aware of it, they are going to lend a helping hand. It does not matter how busy they are or what they have going on, you can always count on them to help.
It is now Jaime and Rochelle who need our support. Their restaurant, South Texas Hole in the Wall, suffered a devastating blow by last week's winter weather. As the ice began to melt, so did their hopes and dreams. The roof in the kitchen caved. The damages are so severe that the landlord has decided to terminate their lease and sell the building.
They had literally given all they had to keep their doors open during the pandemic of 2020. They hustled and did what they could to keep their family-owned establishment from becoming a statistic. The winter storm, however, was more than they could handle.
Many have seen her posts on social media chronicling the events and many have asked how they can help. This is how we do it. We rally around this kind and giving family. We donate to show them that South Texans stick together. We exhibit the same love they've provided for so many of us in our time of need.
Your donation will assist a family in need. It will also move them closer to their goal of getting a food truck finished out and operational. With your support, they will again be serving us some of the best food in South Texas.
In advance, we all thank you!
