Rocky's Emergency Amputation Fund

Rocky has been with the Plaza family for the last 7 years. They adopted him as a puppy from the Lancaster SPCA and he's been the loyal family pet ever since. Rocky has experienced so much in his 7 years, and he's quite the fighter!

Rocky had to undergo 3 surgeries the last 18 months, all related to his legs and mobility. We're happy to say that his mobility is back to normal, but a few weeks ago, his family noticed a growth on the top of his tail. It didn't seem to cause him any pain, but the mass continued to grow. After a check-up and a few labs, it was determined that Rocky has a malignant cancerous tumor that needs to be removed. Due to its location, Rocky will need to have his entire tail amputated to ensure nothing spreads.

After the expense of his 3 unexpected surgeries this year, plus many serious health issues happening within the immediate and extended family, and after conversation with the owners, I started this GoFundMe to raise dollars for Rocky's amputation. The low end of his procedure will cost $5,639, which does not include x-rays or bloodwork.
