Rod Roof Funeral Expenses

On January 21st, my uncle, Rodney Roof suffered a brain aneurism while on vacation in Mesa, Arizona. He was transported to Banner Desert Medical Center, where he had immediate surgery to repair the vessel. He was placed on a ventilator and sedated. On January 26th, they found that he also had developed pneumonia. He has been on antibiotics to battle that. He has been in the neurological ICU since his first day in the hospital. 
  Since January 21st, Rodney’s long time girlfriend and partner in crime Rae Ann, has been completely devoted to staying by his side. While his family has depended on her for daily updates and status reports, she has had to put her life on hold to be by Rodney’s side. While they both have friends out in Arizona that have been amazing, and allowing her to stay with them and help her while she is out there, she is also relying on friends and family  back home to help keep things afloat here. 
This go fund me page is to help them both with medical expenses as well as their day to day expenses of being at the hospital. 
  Rae Ann and Danielle have been writing a journal on Caring Bridge. It is a way for them to keep everyone updated without having to call and text everyone individually. It also has a place to write a little note or well wish to Rodney. I am sure she loves to read them to him as well as hear from so many friends that are thinking about and praying for them in this tragic time.
  Please spread this go fund me page as often as possible. I know Rodney and Rae Ann have friends all across central Illinois as well as across the United States. I hope to surpass this goal. They will need all the help they can as I am sure you are all aware of the expenses of medical bills even after insurance has paid their share. Thank you all for your donations and shares in advance.
