Immediate Danger Roderick Katie DetainedinThailand

They are now both in immediate danger in Thailand and there's only a few days left to pay the fines. On February 26, 2020 our brother Roderick was arrested and detained in Aonang Prison in Thailand along with his pregnant wife Katie. They were in the process of applying for work visas when they were arrested. My brother is a military veteran. He is a very bright and kind young man who would help anyone in any way he could. Katie is currently pregnant and is having some health issues related to the pregnancy. We need help to get them back to the US where they can be safe and with family and where his wife can get the medical attention she needs. The Thai government is requesting 189,000 baht which is $6000 USD. To get them back to the US will be another $1500. We have been working with the US Embassy but they informed us that they cannot interfere with Thai laws but can only make sure he is being treated like others in the prison. The conditions in the prison are deplorable and are not a place for him or his pregnant wife. The fines need to be paid by March 3rd so we are in a major time crunch.
