Greetings friends and families,

Thank you all for your love and encouraging words. Rodney “Big Rock” Countryman left a lasting impact on several persons lives. Our husband, father, brother, cousin, and friend fought brain cancer for five years. His fight taught family and friends how to take on life toughest battles.

We want to celebrate Rodney, honor his memories and give him the home-going celebration he deserve.

Again, the Countryman family, would like to say thank you for your thoughts, prayers, and kind words. Many of you have asked how can you help. The family is currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of Rodney’s home-going celebration. We need to raise $5,000 by Tuesday, January 31 in order to be able to afford the service.

Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help our family during this difficult time.

The home-going celebration will be held at Mary Davis-Royster Funeral Home on Thursday, February 2, 2022 at 3:00 PM.
