ROGELIO AVALOS VALENCIA

Ive never asked for help from anyone, im asking for help for my uncle Rogelio, hes been here in the US since a young boy. He's a hard worker and he provides for his wife Cherish that currently has  seizures, and my uncle being the main caregiver for her . Long story short ive never though this would happen to my family. While he was in court there was an ICE agent waiting for him. Rogelio and is wife drove away from the court house. A coulpe of miles ahead they were waiting for them, with out having an order for his arrest they urged his wife to open the doors from there car. Arrested him and  put him inside the Ice van. He's is proses of reciving his  legal documents. His wife Cherish went to the ICE office with some release forms so they could release Rogelio, she waited for a couple of hours. ICE didn't let her in they didn't even take the documents that showed proof of is status in the US.Now ice is asking for $10,000 to release him which doesn't make any sense. Ragelio is a loving husband and a wonderful stepdad..
