Roland Needs Surgery

Hi, my name is Kez. I am trying to raise some funds to help Roland out for his upcoming surgery.

On Saturday, February 24 Roland was competing at a Track and Field event and hurt his knee. After an emergency room visit and then multiple follow up visits with an orthopedic group surgery is the only solution. Official diagnosis is "Complete Patella Tendon Tear".

If you know Roland you know how active his lifestyle is. Not just in his personal life but also for work as well. Roland will have to be out on disability probably for the next year so he’s unable to fulfill any of his work obligations as a coach and personal trainer.

Unfortunately Roland does not have insurance so everything is out of pocket. Just the doctor visits and X-Rays/MRIs have already exhausted most of his savings. Medicaid also is not in effect yet and they will not back cover since surgery needs to be done fairly quickly.
