Help Rola's family survive Gaza genocide!

My name is Angie Chang and I created this GoFundMe on behalf of my Gaza Sky Geeks Mentee Rola Zaqout whom I met in 2014 in Gaza City. Pictures of us for the algorithm.

Rola is a web developer and her family had a beautiful rooftop garden in their Gaza refugee camp where they hosted us for dinner years ago.

Rola and her family lived in Gaza City in a refugee camp when war arrived, and everyone grabbed very few belongings and walked south as tanks entered her city and the shooting started.

Food is 10 times what it used to cost. Tens of thousands of Palestinian lives have been lost since October.

The rate of death and injury in Gaza is so high that the 3-person Zaqout family wants to flee Gaza, thru Egypt then into Europe to reunite with family members.

She has siblings in Europe so she hopes to escape Gaza and join one of them.

The money will go to Rola and her family to rebuild their shattered lives.

Hopefully the war ends so the money can got Rola and her family to rebuild their shattered lives. In the meantime, they need to escape the Gaza war zone to work.
