Rollerhockey tournament to raise money for IHIH

More information about Ice Hockey in Harlem: Ice Hockey in Harlem serves families from the Harlem community in New York City. We believe that through participation in team sports, students are exposed to experiences and opportunities that they would otherwise not have access to. We also believe that hockey develops self-confidence, teamwork, accountability, responsibility, peer engagement, and social and emotional growth. Through our on ice program and innovative off ice programming we aim to further the success of students and enrich their lives. Off the Ice, IHIH helps its players from learn to read programs to college readiness, preparing their athletes all the way through matriculation. All the coaches, board members, and many organizers of the program are volunteer, so almost every dollar raised goes right to the players / students.
