Romanian Husband and Father -Ilie-Iulian

It is with profound sorrow that I share the news of my father’s sudden passing. My family and I are utterly devastated. I am 17 years old, my brother is 12, and our mother is heartbroken and at a loss for words.

My father was a loving and devoted man who cherished his family deeply. As a father, he poured his heart into raising my brother and me, teaching us life lessons and guiding us with love and kindness. He had a joyful spirit, and we have countless fond memories of him playing with us and sharing his wisdom about life.

When we moved to England from Romania, he adapted quickly with his positive and cheerful nature. He worked hard to provide for us while ensuring that we enjoyed our time as a family. Despite being far from our roots, he kept us connected to Romania, and we often visited during school holidays and special occasions.

Now, our family of four has become three. We are faced with the challenge of laying my father to rest in his home country, Romania, where his extended family resides. Repatriating him is our heartfelt wish, but it is a financial burden we cannot shoulder alone.

In time, my mother will also bear the responsibility of relocating us back to Romania, as we have no family support network here in England.
