Romanian Orphanage

Hey everyone, I just had a conversation with the ILP Director (the organization I will be going to Romania with) and it has come to my attention that some of the information in my original posting was incorrect and misleading. This was not my intention and I apologize for any misunderstanding I have caused. The program, orphanage, school and hospital are all still fantastic and from what I understand still making a great difference in the lives of everyone involved. I just misrepresented a few details and was a bit overdramatic in my description. What can I say? I have a certain flare for drama I guess but more research should probably have been done first. Don't worry, it is still a cause I believe in and likely - hopefully - will believe in even more once I get into the work so your donations are still going to a great cause I just want to take some time to post an update with an accurate reflection of the program. So be looking for that.

For the sake of simplicity I have removed my original campaign description. At a later time, I will post an update with an accurate description of the cause and program. While I don't yet have firsthand experience I do believe this chance to volunteer with be a great experience both for me and the children I will work with. I am grateful for an organization that makes such an opportunity possible. Your participation is still greatly appreciated by everyone involved.
