Romeo DellaValle, senselessly killed in hit & run

Hello, my name is Sarah DellaValle and I am Romeo DellaValle’s only child. My father was tragically killed this past Saturday night, November 11th, in a fatal hit and run right in front of his home in Delray Beach, FL at approximately 7:30pm. My father was the kindest most gentle soul I’ve ever known. He loved writing poetry and painting and sharing his talents with the world. He was the best father anyone could ever ask for and myself along with the rest of our family are completely devastated by this unexpected and tragic loss. The police are currently doing an investigation and are looking for a dark red or dark colored 2013-2016 Chevy Malibu with significant front end damage. We are trying to get his story out there as much as possible so that hopefully someone will reach out with information so that we can bring his killer to justice. This person who mercilessly murdered my father did not even attempt to slow down, as there were zero tire marks or skid marks, indicating that the driver did not brake at all and just continued to drag my fathers body over 50 feet.

This tragic situation has left the family scrambling to arrange his funeral services and transport his body back to New York so he can be buried alongside his mother.

On behalf of myself along with the rest of our family, we are extremely grateful for any help we are blessed to receive, as none of us were ever expecting something like this to happen. We are also extremely grateful for your thoughts and prayers and we pray that his killer will be found and brought to justice.
