Ron Kimble family

Ron Kimble has been an icon of the metro Atlanta music scene since the 1970s. From the Ugly Duckling to Hemingway’s to the Texas Tea Room, his amazing vocals, his stories and his wit were unmatched. Never seeking stardom, he was content to share his talent with the local folks, doing what he loved: making music. He didn’t have fans; he had friends who loved to come hear him sing. He could bring the crowd to a frenzy with "If That Ain't Country" and in the next minute have them at the foot of the cross in tears with his rendition of "Amazing Grace". Today our friend left this world for a place he sang about so often. He also left his wife and his brother without a breadwinner, and with medical expenses they can’t possibly bear. In honor of Ron and the gifts he shared with us, please consider giving a little something to help his family in their time of need. Thank you.
