Ron McCune's Medical Needs

I'm not really sure where to start.
A week ago my father had what we are calling, an "episode." We were not sure if it was a heart attack or a stroke so we took him to the ER. After 2 days and many tests, they said it was high blood pressure and let him go home with a stack of new costly prescriptions.
It took a week to find a doctor who would take a new patient. After having a thorough checkup, the doctor sent him back to a hospital for more tests. Now, at a different hospital, they found that he DID in fact have, not just 1 but 2, strokes. They have a lot more testing to do, CT scans, MRI's, etc. All of these things cost money but are necessary. He has no medical insurance.
My father is one of the hardest working people I know. Being self-employed can be risky but he's amazing at what he does. He is losing time from work and doesn't have the luxury of paid medical leave.
There are many people out there who have been reaching out and wanting - but not sure how - to help. So far, the biggest thing he needs, is a financial blessing. I am not asking for a handout for him, but for anyone who has the financial means and wants to help, we would be extremely grateful.
