Ron Todd's Funeral Expenses

Hi my name is Melissa Reid and I am trying to raise funds to lay my brother to rest.

As many know already... It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that we have to share the unexpected passing of Ronald Todd on Sunday December 24th, 2023 at 12:28am. Ron was a son, brother, uncle, nephew, grandson, friend, fiancé, step-dad, and papa.

Ron put up a long hard fight for the past 8 and 1/2 months being bounced around from hospitals to nursing homes when all he wanted to do was go home and be surrounded by family and friends. He did things he told me he never wanted to do... HE NEVER WANTED A MACHINE TO BREATHE FOR HIM... but back in April of 2023 when all this began he agreed to the trachea surgery and ventilator in hopes of being around a few more years for his family. We were blessed to have him the extra 8 and 1/2 months we did. Unfortunately in the early hours of Christmas Eve Morning Ron went into cardiac arrest and a golden heart stopped beating. His wishes were to have a two day viewing and to be cremated. Unfortunately Ron did not have any life insurance. Any remaining money will go to help my mom pay off the van the she and my brother shared so she don't end up losing her vehicle.

With all of the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it can also bring financial burdens. We would like to raise money for Ron's family to help with any funeral expenses.

It is in times of sadness and loss when people can come together to help one another make it through. Any support you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Please keep Ron's family in your thoughts and prayers.
