Ronald and Ada Ward

Hi, my name is Ronald,

I'm 80 years in August old and Ada will be 76 in June 2024. We have been married for 57 years

Ada has had both legs amputated and a stroke (1995-1998). Mutiple surgeries since then. She has been fighting stage 4 Merckle Cell Carcinoma (2003 to present). She has had three surgeries. She is under long term Immunol Therapy to keep the cancer at bay. The treatments make her Tred, but she doesn't give in.

I have late-stage Neuropathy (2004- present). I will most likely lose the use of my legs. My left leg is severe at this point in time.

We drive a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquie with had controls and wheelchair lift. Both of us have wheelchairs.

We desperately need a used handicap Van with automatic ramp and hand controls so we can manage both wheelchairs at one time. The out-of-pocket medical expenses will continue to grow with each passing month. We desperately need help in this area as well!
