Ronald McDonald House Trail Ride
Donation protected
What bucket list doesn't include a 335 mile bicycle ride from Washington, DC to Pittsburgh, PA?
Well, ours did...
And what better way to support a charity whose main goal is to keep children and families together during what could be the most trying time of their lives.

Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children. They understand families are an important part of a child’s healing process. This is why they provide the opportunity for families to be by their child’s bedside as they face life-saving medical situations. They know that keeping families close is better for everyone.
We are Eric Packe and Jeff Stewart. We have seen first hand the benefits that the Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh provides to children and families. To help raise money and awareness, Jeff and I will ride both the C&O Canal trail which links with the Great Allegheny Passage Trail from D.C. To Pittsburgh. We depart from D.C. On May 23rd and will arrive in Pittsburgh on Memorial Day.
Your generous donation will help support the noble efforts of the Ronald McDonald House of Pittsburgh and their ongoing mission to provide a residential living environment which is supportive, caring and responsive to the needs of its families while reflecting the organizations core values of compassion, sensitivity to pain and suffering of families and the encouragement of hope for a better future for those who are afflicted.
A pledge of only .10 per mile ($33.50) is suggested but your support in our ride for any amount is greatly appreciated. Please help us in our goal of raising $10,000 for RMHC Pittsburgh.
