Ronald (Ron) Willsher aka @sneakyhen

It is with great sadness that our beloved Ron passed away very suddenly last Monday, this has come as a huge shock to the family and completely out of the blue. Ron will be known to a lot of local residents through his photography and would often be seen along the sea front and harbour in a morning taking what can only be described as picturesque landscape photos of beautiful Bridlington sun rises that made many appearances locally and on Calendar news and weather. Ron also spent a lot of time down with the staff at RNLI socialising and taking pictures of the team of volunteers practicing rigorous training drills, as well as with his son Josh at Bridlington Rovers FC. A dedicated beloved family man that would do anything for anyone and a former serving member of the R.A.F. we are currently trying to raise funds to give Ron the send off that he absolutely deserves and any help to the family at this very difficult time would be hugely appreciated.
