Ronin Battle Cancer 2023
Hey Everyone,
Ronin CrossFit are competing at Battle Cancer Dublin on the 24th June, Battle Cancer is a great event where people can get together to celebrate fitness and the benefits it can have on everyone’s health!
Battle Cancer's work is threefold and aims to:
- Raise awareness and funds for cancer charities by delivering epic fundraising events
- Connect a supportive community of likeminded people through the sharing of stories and experiences
- Promote health and wellbeing as a preventative to illness
Most people have some experience of either themeselves or loved ones having to deal with cancer, with current stats saying 1 in 2 will be affected.
Ronin Crossfit has 5 teams taking part at the various levels in the competition and all money rasied will be in aid of Irish Cancer Society. Any donation big or small will be great apreciated and go to a great cause!
What is the Irish Cancer Society? They are a community of patients, survivors, volunteers, supporters, health and social care professionals and researchers. Together they are transforming the experiences and outcomes of people affected by cancer through our advocacy, support services and research.
