Ronnie Toms with bills

Hi, I’m Ronnie Toms my coworker and I was assaulted and attacked by a man in the Marines. Due to the severity of the attack I defended myself and my co-worker with a nearby lamp. I obtained numerous physical injuries but the injury that has been the worst was my mental health. I am tortured by this memory and am working with a therapist and doctors to heal. I am currently unable to work due to this traumatic event. My job hasn’t paid me even though this is a on the job injury. I’ve reached out to my claims adjuster, left voicemails and emails stating I haven’t been paid for my lost hours. My claim handler hasn’t responded.
