Reviving the Pool Wing Campaign
Tax deductible
This beautiful building has been vacant since 2005. The roof is in need of repair and shingles replaced. Now is this time. With your help we can get this room weather tight before winter.
On our busiest ski days it is clear that we have outgrown our existing lodge space. In many ways the lack of facilities is holding back growth of the mountain. The memories and square footage the pool building and the Lumberjack Lounge contain are absolutely priceless. The restoration plans all start with a dream, a will and a new roof.
Incorporated in 2012, the non-profit 501c(3) group manages the lease of Big Squaw Mountain Ski Area at Moosehead Lake in Maine. The mountain was abandoned in 2010. The group services the chairlift, base lodge, groomers, snow making and a vast network of downhill and nordic trails. All donations are 100% tax deductible and help fulfill our mission to keep skiing alive and affordable in Maine’s Piscataquis County.
Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to our mountain community.
