Roofio get surgery

Hi, my name is Is Nick. My poor dog Roofio jumped the fence the other night and was struck by a car that hit and ran. His hip has been dislocated pretty badly and his tail is hurt as well. He needs a femoral head ostectomy, which is basically a artificial hip socket replacement. I've been trying to get back on my feet and this really came out of nowhere and I'm just trying to do anything I can to help my boy. He's the sweetest, most gentle, kind creature you could ever imagine. He's usually such a happy, energetic guy, and my heart is completely broken. If anyone can help in anyway it would be very appreciated by Roof, myself, and all of his dear friends across the country. Thank you.
