Kyle Roos COVID-19 Relief Fund for Family
Donation protected
On November 9, 2020, Kyle Roos started feeling sick and on November 18th he was admitted to Regions Hospital due to complications with COVID-19. He was put on a ventilator on November 25th. He then contracted a bacterial infection and a fever. They took him off of the ventilator on December 2 and decided to put him on a ECMO machine, which is a heart-lung machine that will do all of the work for his lungs. They moved him by ambulance to the University of Minnesota hospital where he is now receiving care. He is currently heavily sedated and is battling the severe damage that was caused by this virus. He started dialysis on his kidneys to help clear out the toxins from all of the meds he was/is on.
Kyle’s wife Jaci and their two daughters, Charlee (15) and Layla (10) are patiently waiting for their husband/dad to return home. Jaci has been unable to work since Kyle got sick and although Kyle has health insurance, we all know that it won’t cover all of the bills that are already stacking up.
We have no idea how long Kyle will be in the hospital or what his road to recovery will look like. There could be multiple long-term heath effects caused by this virus and he may not be able to go back to work for quite some time.
Kyle works really hard for his family and they have never had to ask for help before. We know that it is an extremely hard time for everyone right now, but any donations would be greatly appreciated. Anything and everything helps!
