Rosalio Cardenas Funeral Expenses

With a heavy heart, we write this. Two days ago, we lost a husband and a loving father, Rosalio “JR” Cardenas, to cancer. It is taking everything inside us to process this tragedy. He left us too soon.
One month ago, our greatest fears were realized when he was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. We hoped and prayed he would get the treatment needed to beat the cancer. He fought and fought, through countless procedures and surgeries, but the cancer was too aggressive and spread through his stomach and liver. On September 2nd, shortly after midnight, he passed.
With all the emotional pain and stress that death brings, it also brings financial burdens. We are trying to raise money to help with the cost of the funeral and whatever comes after.
It is in these times of loss and sadness when we come together to help the people we care for. We are thankful for any support you may be able to provide. We also encourage everyone to keep us in your prayers as we go through this difficult time.
Visitation will be held at Castillo Mission Funeral Home, 520 N. Gen. McMullen on Friday, September 6, 2019 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with Prayer Service at 7:00 pm. Family and friends will meet for the Funeral service on Saturday, September 7,2019 at El Buen Pastor Church at 138 Jasmine Ln at 10:00 am.
