rose court care home garden revamp

hi I am the well-being coordinator at the rose court care home and we are looking at revamping our garden at the home, so we can hold events and entertainment in the garden. so we will need to remove the fence and re-plant the trees as well as remove the grass.

dig it all out and put down artificial grass. still keeping it Dementia friendly and with no trip hazards. we have got a local gardener to do the job. so we are looking for fundraising events and donations to make this happen. including our residents taking part in sponsored walks, cake sales etc. we have been in lockdown far too long and now we want to hold events for residents and families in our garden. but because of the design of the garden, it has restrictions.
