Rose's Recovery Fund
Donation protected
This is to raise money for my mother's treatment for an obstructed bowel. She went to the ER June 25 with severe abdominal pain. She went in for surgery the following week. Unfortunately she's still not over this battle and has been in and out of the hospital since the first visit to the ER. She is currently unable to work and has no medical insurance. We are asking you to donate whatever you can to help her pay for the surgery as well as the recovery process which will involve many follow ups with GI doctors and urologists.
We'd like you to know some things about our mother. This is not her first struggle. She has always held her head high and been an inspiration to her sons. We're asking for help on her behalf because she deserves it after all she's done. She raised three boys as a single mother in one of the most expensive cities in the US. She taught us to be honest men who value family. She always supported our ambitions and instilled that success is not how much you make but how you help others.
In 2011 her oldest son, and our brother passed away. It goes without saying that this was a hard time for our family. Our mom held us together and used her son's passing as inspiration. She started a charity in his name for musical arts, one of her son's passions. She wanted to help other young people realize their dreams since her son did not have that chance.
Please help us help this beautiful, amazing, and strong woman. She's done so much for us and others. It's time she gets a little help. Even if you can't donate at this time, please share.
