Rosemary Heisey McGowan Memorial Scholarship

In honour of our sweet Rosie, the Rosemary Heisey McGowan Memorial Scholarship has been graciously created. This scholarship will support the university fees of a Haliburton High School student who would have graduated with Rosie in the year 2041.
