Rosuls Ramblers

We are Lindsey and Stephanie and in August 2024, we are hiking a full marathon along the Rob Roy Way in the Trossachs National Park to raise vital funds for people living with cancer. This cause is something that means so much to us.

Those of you who know us know that, along with our best friend Lindsay, we come as a 3, after all you don’t get one without the other two!!!

Unfortunately this challenge we take on together as a duo to help Lindsay in her biggest fight yet. In May, Lindsay was diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer and commenced a grueling treatment plan of aggressive chemotherapy. She has shown the most astonishing bravery, strength and determination we have ever seen from her and thats saying something. She is giving off scrappy doo on Steroids!!

We hope to match that strength when we attempt this challenge as so far we have done zero training and zero research into how gruelling this is actually going to be. We are the two most unfit lasses in Gateshead but we're going to give it our all.

Macmillan has been an incredible source of support for Lindsay, her family, and us, her friends, during this extremely challenging time. We would like to give something back to honor their invaluable assistance.

In addition to supporting Macmillan, we are also committed to supporting cancer research in their quest to one day find a cure for this awful disease.

Please help us to hopefully exceed our target. Every little helps and it honestly means so much to us. ❤️
