Roundhouse Cat Rescue

Roundhouse Rescue is basically me and a dozen (plus or minus) older and special needs cats. In a 30' yurt outside of Homer, Alaska. I'm a sixty year-old video producer, born and raised in Alaska. I spent a decade, day in and day out, at the local animal shelter, and over that time brought home the sick, older and special needs 'kids' that no one else wanted. Roundhouse is a colony, a sanctuary, where all have a very high quality of life; but it takes everything I make to pay for cat food, litter, vet visits and meds, etc.

The goal with this campaign is $7,500. First and foremost for veterinary care and medications. I have hyperthyroid cats, cats in various stages of renal failure, heart issues, diabetics… Our local vet is wonderful, but they're not cheap. Some of my kids are on special diet as well, and that gets pricey. Please chip in what you can - anything and everything helps!
