It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that Officer Zambrano and Stacie Kelley announce the passing of Rowdy and Blakley Harrell, recently married on Saturday November 21st. The two were involved in a fatal car accident Tuesday November 24th in Key Largo, Florida while on their honeymoon. Please pray for Gods peace, comfort and grace over these two families.
