Roy McConnell -Insure his Accessibility to Life

Studies indicate that only 13% of all strokes are not clots but brain bleeds of which most people do not survive. Roy is a rare human in that unlucky number that not only survived the stroke but also survived a deadly type of heart attack 9 days later. Roy embodied his own determination and lives on for a purpose that hasn’t revealed itself yet.

Our life became thousands of pieces of a scattered puzzle and each day we try to put one piece into the big picture.

Support Roy by picking up one of those pieces and guide it into its new place. It will most certainly not look like the life we pictured. I am hopeful it will be a good life put together in different and meaningful way.

I have created this go fund me account at the advice of many people to fund medical equipment and adaptability devices needed to give Roy ease of accessibility to the next phase of his life. We do not have any idea what he will be capable of doing and what stages of his rehabilitation these goals will be met. I do know, we do not have family near us to help with his daily care.
